Mir TV – The Inter-state broadcasting company “World” was created in October, 1992 by the Agreement of the heads of the states-participants of the CIS for the purposes of covering their political, economical and humanitarian cooperation, formation of common information space of the Commonwealth, assistance in the international exchange of information. Its founders are: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
